Shipping Method and Delivery Times

Shipping charges vary depending on weight and carrier. Small items have the option to be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Heavier items have the option to be delivered by Parcel Force on 24 or 48 hour delivery. Delivery time typically takes between 2-3 days depending on destination.


Delivery terms and conditions

No delivery will be made to a P.O. Box address
Customer payments must be complete and accepted prior to product delivery
Delivery of customer orders will be subject to the policy of the delivery company elected by Ideal Lights.
In the event that a customer is absent from their address at the time of delivery, it will be the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the product(s) according to the policy set out by the delivery company. Ideal Lights, through the delivery company, will deliver the product(s) to the address specified by the customer in his/her order

Product Availability

We strive to have stock of all products sold shown on our website but will not guarantee availability of these products. Ideal Lights shall not be held responsible for any and all damages the customer may incur due to the insufficient inventory.


Returns Policy

Ideal Lights accepts product returns, without any penalty, within 14 days following the delivery of the product. The product(s) returned shall be accompanied by the order number, prior to returning any and all products, the customer shall obtain, by e-mail, an authorization number from support@ideallights.co.uk or by phone at 01633 508037. At that time, Ideal Lights will explain the procedures to follow in order to return the products.

Ideal Lights will not accept any shipping and handling charges required to return the products. The customer shall be responsible for delivery charges and the risks of loss or damage to the product(s) that the customer wishes to return.
For returned products, any amount charged to the customers credit/debit card for these products, other than the delivery fees, will be credited as soon as possible providing the products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to the customer.

Finally, please note that the customer will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, unless the product is defective.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an ‘outstanding’ order, please send an e-mail to support@ideallights.co.uk indicating the order number mentioned in the confirmation of order e-mail.
